With enough points in Dexterity, most Bleed weapons, from Moonveil to Rivers of Blood, are viable options. But it’s the gear you choose to pair with these weapons that makes a Bleed build really work, and White Mask is the best of the bunch.
The White Mask is the Helm of the War Surgeon Set. When used, increases your attack power by 10% for 20 seconds after inflicting bleeding on an enemy. It even stacks with the Bloodlord’s Exultation Talisman, which increases your attack power by 20%. Combined, you will constantly hit enemies for 30% more damage.
