Nebula V hovers in war zone they are a difficult field upgrade for players to understand, and some find them downright undesirable during their travels around the battle royale game maps. With Operation Monarch fast approaching following the recent release of Season 3, players may find their interest in the game reinvigorated, trying out some of the new content that has appeared since April 27. This once again means embracing the many field upgrades that can be found at POIs and finding out how they can help a player win a game or two.

Unlike simpler war zone field upgrades like Stopping Power Rounds (removed in the most recent patch) which grants a magazine-equivalent ammo that does more damage or the ammo crate which replenishes ammo for your weapons and gear. Nebula V Rounds when she picked up the chambers of the weapon currently equipped with toxin bullets. When bullets knock down an enemy, a cloud of gas is emitted around their body, damaging players who enter the nearby radius.

However, considering player reactions, Nebula V Rounds may have turned out to be more disruptive for many Warzone players. Players have voiced their complaints on the Warzone subreddit, discussing issues they’ve been having with nebula gas. Although the post is not entirely one-sided in its criticism of the bullets in question, many point to the benefits of being able to shoot an enemy from afar using such bullets, preventing fellow enemies from wanting to resurrect the downed player on their team. Some have also pointed to the merits of simply having more bullets in your gun or firing a rocket filled with nebula gas into a closed space.

Despite opinions to the contrary, the consensus seems to be that Nebula V Rounds as a field update is niche in nature, if not ineffective in achieving its intended purpose. They have no bonus damage when equipped, and can make close-range firefights dangerous for the winner who is trying to reap the spoils of their victory. And on that note, the field upgrade may need some tweaking in upcoming patches, considering the removal of Stopping Power and Dead Silence, which has reduced the number of field upgrades players now have access to.
