Marshall launches new Emberton II Bluetooth speaker with power and crunch - New Style Motorsport

Headphone and speaker brand Marshall has just announced a couple of new products. The first new release is the Emberton II Bluetooth speaker. This latest version of Marshall’s best-selling speaker claims to pack a more powerful punch.

Marshall is one of those truly iconic brands that is recognized the world over after more than half a century of amplifying the guitars of rock gods around the world. That classic rich, crunchy sound loved by guitarists comes through in the new Emberton II. Sounding rich, clear and loud, the Emberton II has a pair of 2-inch full-range drivers as well as dual passive radiators to deliver that unmistakable Marshall sound.

By separating the spatial content of stereo recordings, the Emberton II produces sound that is much larger than its physical size, and Marshall claims it outperforms most speakers in its class. Emberton II uses True Stereophonic, a unique form of Marshall’s multi-directional sound.

The brand claims that True Stereophonic is stereo sound, but not like you’ve heard it before. It’s superior binaural, spatial sound that flows around the listener and fills any space. This is 360° sound, and Marshall says that every point in the room is a sweet spot.

Emberton II can play for up to 30 hours on a single charge of its built-in battery, and that’s 50% more than the original Emberton. The speaker’s compact size, ruggedness, and reliable playtime make it an ideal speaker for those on the go. When the speaker finally runs out of power, it can be fully recharged in three hours. For those in a hurry, the Emberton II has a quick charge feature, with 20 minutes providing up to four hours of playback time.

With its silicone exterior and solid metal grille, the Emberton II is durable and easy to use thanks to the classic multi-directional Marshall control knob that allows the user to play, pause, skip tracks and adjust volume, as well as turn the power on or off. speaker. There’s also an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, so the speaker can be submerged in one meter of water for up to 30 minutes. This is an ideal speaker for a classic British barbecue where rain is always on the menu.

To get the best out of the Emberton II, there’s a dedicated smartphone app for adjusting the speaker’s sound using equalizer presets. The Emberton II has powered up with a new stacking mode. Sound can be amplified by stacking multiple Emberton II speakers. Stack mode can be activated using the speaker controls and as many Emberton II loudspeakers as desired can be stacked to create massive stadium sound.

Emberton II is true to Marshall’s iconic design but now takes a sustainable approach. This speaker’s robust construction is made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic from used electronics, water bottles and car headlight covers – it’s also 100% PVC-free. The textured silicone sleeve harkens back to the classic vinyl that covered the original amps, and signature details like the solid metal grille and iconic Marshall script echo the golden age of rock ‘n’ roll.
